Recently, our team partnered with SGK to produce custom packaging elements for Nike—frosted zipper poly bags designed to present product cleanly, protect it in transit, and still feel elevated the moment it’s handled.

Nike packaging has to hit a very specific standard: intentional, modern, and polished—without feeling over-designed. The goal was simple: deliver packaging that looks premium in-hand, photographs well, and reflects Nike’s attention to detail.

Why These Bags Matter

On paper, “a bag is a bag.” In reality, the material choice, finish, and print quality can completely change how a product is perceived. Frosted film gives a modern, elevated look that feels intentional—while still offering subtle visibility and depth. The zipper closure adds utility and a premium, reusable feel.

Our role was to take the request and make it frictionless—while protecting the brand standard from the typical production pitfalls (thin whites, muddy edges, incorrect sizing, rushed proofing, inconsistent placement, and last-minute surprises).
